Sparring
In the
role of a sparring partner at eye level, I hold up the mirror to you. As a
conversation and practice partner who challenges and reflects on specific
leadership topics with unpleasant questions. Who tells you what your
stakeholders, colleagues and employees don’t tell you.
We work goal-oriented on your challenges
in order to achieve the desired target state. In an open and evaluation-free
space, we develop options for action including possible consequences, which we
rehearse in dry exercises. In contrast to coaching, in which you develop
your own solutions, I bring in my experience from more than 25 years as a
senior executive. This brings you a fresh and neutral view from the outside.
