The facts speak for themselves. According to the Gallup study, only one in 6 employees is emotionally engaged in their jobs. The costs for the German economy now exceed the 100 billion euro mark. Not to mention the cost of the healthcare system caused by burnout and other occupational diseases.

If these figures are to be believed, then there is a lot to do, because the majority obviously cannot or does not want to use their potential sufficiently. All in all, people work in companies, departments and teams that share the same fate. We live in a time of wasting valuable resources.
